Refund policy

We have a 7-Day Return Policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

1. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

2. Process: To start a return, contact us at store.bodiva@gmail.com. Once your return is accepted, we will pick up the item from your address at no extra cost.

3. Refunds:

• Prepaid Orders: The refund will be processed to your original payment method (Bank/UPI) within 5–7 business days.

• COD Orders: Refunds for COD orders will be issued via UPI Transfer. Our team will contact you for your bank details.
