Refund policy

We have a 7-Day Exchange & Return Policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request for Exchange & Return.

1. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

2. Process: To start a return, contact us at store.bodiva@gmail.com. Once your return is accepted, we will pick up the item from your address at no extra cost.

3. Charge :

• There is a nominal charge ₹149 for arranging the exchange & return pickup.
• Incase of Exchange - you will have to pay ₹149 first and then we can issue the exchange order.
• Incase of Return - we will deduct and balance amount will be refunded back to you.

4. Refunds: 

• Prepaid Orders: The refund will be processed to your original payment method (Bank/UPI) within 5–7 business days.

• COD Orders: Refunds for COD orders will be issued via UPI Transfer. Our team will contact you for your bank details.

5. Cancellation :

• A fee of ₹149 will be deducted if requested for cancellation after product dispatched/shipped/in transit/out for delivery.
